Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel ongoing monthly services (such as website maintenance, hosting, or digital marketing retainers) by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- Once a project has commenced, cancellation does not entitle the client to a full refund for work already completed or expenses already incurred.
- Completed work and delivered digital assets are considered accepted unless a dispute is raised within 7 days of delivery.
Refund Policy
- Deposits paid for custom design and development projects are generally non-refundable because resources are allocated immediately upon project commencement.
- Where a project is cancelled before any work has begun, refunds may be considered at Mazjo Media’s discretion.
- For recurring services, prepaid amounts for future periods may be refunded on a pro-rata basis where appropriate.
- In the event of a service dispute, Mazjo Media will investigate the matter and, where justified, provide reasonable remedies including revisions, partial refunds, or service credits.
